In these terms and conditions, references to “we”, “us” or “our” all relate to Alpha Events Ltd, (registered office: Eastcheap Court, 11 Philpot Lane, London, EC3M 8AA). References to “you” or “your” are references to you and all person’s party to your booking.
This agreement outlines what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase a place on the Alpine Challenge 2019. You should ensure that you understand relevant terms and conditions prior to proceeding with your booking.
When you make a booking for the Alpine Challenge 2019, you guarantee that as the lead name, you have the authority to accept and do accept, on behalf of your party, the terms and conditions herein. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately.
A contract will exist between you and us as soon as we issue your booking confirmation. Places are strictly limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.
An initial deposit of £150.00 is required to secure your place on the Alpine Challenge 2019. Please note, your initial deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid, in full, ten weeks prior to the event at the very latest.
If you are participating, as a runner, in any of the challenges, namely Le Trail 7km, L’Agneau, Le Belier or Le Trail 42km; you will be required to obtain medical certification, signed by your currently practicing General Practitioner.
Alpha Events accept no responsibility for any cancellations caused by an event, or a series of related events, that are outside the reasonable control of Alpha Events. This includes, but is not limited to, an Act of God, the imposition of government sanction embargos or similar actions; or acts of terrorism.
